This annual cruiser event attracts regular visitors from many parts of Ireland, Wales and the Isle of Man.

It commences with Feeder races on the Friday afternoon/evening, with the main racing event commencing on Saturday morning with the Warning Signal at 1100.

There is a full programme of social events, with a traditional music seisuin on the Friday night, Guinness and Oysters following the racing on the Saturday and a dinner and presentation party on Saturday at which the wonderful Oyster Pearl trophy will be presented to the winner in the IRC class and prizes and trophies for the other categories of participants.

The event was described by one of last year's participants in this way:
